wholerun.app (the “Site”) is owned and run by Jay Bay Creates LLC, a North Dakota limited liability company, which makes and sells WholeRun and WholeRun GO. These terms cover your use of the Site. By using the Site you agree to them. The programs are covered by their License Agreement, and purchases by our Terms of Sale.
1. Using the Site
You may browse the Site and download what we offer for download, for your own use. Don’t try to break, overload or get unauthorized access to the Site, or use it to send spam or harmful code.
2. Content
The Site’s text, images, screenshots, user guide and the WholeRun name and logo belong to Jay Bay Creates LLC or its licensors. You may link to the Site and quote short parts in reviews or articles with credit. The sample production and screenshots show an invented play and invented people.
3. Links to other websites
We may link to websites we don’t run. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
4. No warranty; limit of liability
The Site, and anything you download from it (including the sample production and the free WholeRun Viewer), is provided “as is”. Keep your own copies of your work; we can’t recover files for you. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for damages from using the Site. Information on the Site (such as system requirements or browser support) may change.
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what the Site and purchases collect. The Site uses no advertising or tracking cookies, and its fonts are served from our own server.
6. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, United States; courts located in Stark County, North Dakota have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
